google and bing read xml sitemaps and they recommend rss,xml and atom sitemaps.after you submit your site sitemap to bing webmaster tool,it may take several days to complete showing your sitemap files.do not resubmit your sitemap to bing webmaster tools.it will take some time.because bing is not as fast as google webmaster tools.
